Please read this policy carefully before making a booking. By completing a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services booked with La Cabane Trip.

1 / Booking & Confirmation

1.1. Bookings can be made via our website.
1.2. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
1.3. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from La Cabane Trip and receipt of the required deposit.

2 / Payment

2.1. A 25% deposit is required to secure any booking unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Payments are accepted in Euros (EUR), Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), and US Dollars (USD).
2.3. Prices are set in Euros (EUR). Currency conversion is based on current exchange rates. La Cabane Trip is not responsible for exchange rate differences or bank transfer fees.
2.4. All bank transfer fees must be covered by the guest.

3 / Accommodation

3A / Packages (Surf & Stay, Surf Guiding Packages, Retreats)

Payment
3.1. A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking.
3.2. The remaining balance must be paid so that the full package amount is received no later than 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation & Refunds
3.3. 14 days or more before arrival: Full refund of all amounts paid or free date change (subject to availability).
3.4. 7–13 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total package price.
3.5. Less than 7 days before arrival, including cancellations within 48 hours or no-show: No refund will be issued.
3.6. No refunds are given for shortened stays or unused services after arrival.

3B / Bed & Breakfast (Room Only)

Payment
3.7. A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is payable on arrival.

Cancellation & Refunds
3.8. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival.
3.9. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or no-show: The deposit is non-refundable.

Stay Conditions (All Accommodation)

3.10. Guests are responsible for the accommodation and its contents during their stay.
3.11. Any damage caused beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest.
3.12. La Cabane Trip is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

4 / Surf School (Lessons & Guiding)

Booking, Cancellation & Refunds

4.1. 48 hours or more before the activity: Full refund or free reschedule.
4.2. Less than 48 hours before the activity: Deposit is non-refundable.
4.3. No-show: No refund will be issued.

Safety & Responsibility

4.4. All surf activities are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
4.5. Surf guiding does not include lessons. Guests must assess their own ability and surf within their limits.
4.6. Decisions regarding ocean conditions and safety are made solely by La Cabane Trip instructors and guides.
4.7. La Cabane Trip is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss during surf activities.

5 / Excursions

Booking, Cancellation & Refunds

5.1. 48 hours or more before the excursion: Full refund or free reschedule.
5.2. Less than 48 hours before the excursion: Deposit is non-refundable.
5.3. No-show: No refund will be issued.

Conditions

5.4. Some excursions require a minimum number of participants. If this number is not reached, guests will be offered a refund or an alternative option.
5.5. Excursions may be cancelled or modified due to weather, safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances.

6 / Changes or Cancellations by La Cabane Trip

6.1. La Cabane Trip reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to weather conditions, safety reasons, insufficient participants, or unforeseen circumstances.
6.2. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
6.3. Bookings may be cancelled without refund if a guest’s behaviour compromises safety, staff or other guests.

7 / Insurance

7.1. Guests are strongly advised to have valid travel and medical insurance covering accidents, cancellations and activity-related risks.
7.2. La Cabane Trip is not responsible for costs or losses resulting from insufficient insurance coverage.

8 / Photos & Media

8.1. Photos and videos may be taken during stays and activities for promotional use.
8.2. Guests who do not wish to appear in media content must inform us in advance.

9 / Governing Law

9.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco.
9.2. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Agadir, Morocco.
